Founder
Jerry T. Myers believes in bridging the gap between corporations and community needs having led business development efforts and sales for over 10 years in corporate America . Understanding the challenges of the job market, he founded the Legacy Harvest Foundation while serving as the President of the DeKalb/Rockdale Employer Committee of the Georgia Department of Labor. During his tenure, he aided the fight against unemployment by leading community events and aiding the project management of job fairs while raising corporate funds. His passion for community involvement is extensive and includes leading volunteer efforts at ICare Atlanta (formerly My Brothers Keepers Reaching Out), NAACP Atlanta Chapter, the Salvation Armies Red Shield Homeless Services, and is an active part of the Atlanta Faith based iniative led by Mayor Kasim Reed.
He graduated with a Master of Business Administration and recently completed a Master of Public Administration with a Government concentration. Jerry is especially proud of being a husband and a father. He and his wife, Valerie, live in Atlanta, GA.

Willie Glenn is a Global Career Development Facilitator and a retired Employment Marketing Representative for the Georgia Department of Labor in Decatur, Georgia where he served for 11 years helping businesses grow using the services of the Georgia Department of Labor. During his service, his focus was re-employment services specializing in workshop presentations, resume preparation, interviewing techniques for today’s labor environment, and served as a Supervisor for Veterans and Re-employment Services.
In 2012, Willie was awarded a Certificate of Appreciation from the United States Department of Labor for his excellence in “Facilitating Faith-based and Neighborhood Partnerships”.
Affiliations include: International Association of Workforce Professionals (IAWP), American Management Association (AMA), DeKalb/Rockdale Employer Committee, Future Business Leaders of America (FBLA) and the Center for Credentialing & Education, Inc. Willie is a past board member of the Snapfinger Woods and the Greater Lithonia Chamber of Commerce.
Willie attended college at Central Missouri State College in Warrensburg, Missouri where he majored in Sales & Marketing. He is married with three adult children and reside in Lilburn, Georgia.
